摘　　要：[目的]了解山东省医疗事故技术鉴定机构工作现况,为政府行政主管部门提供决策依据。[方法]预设调查问卷对山东省18家医鉴办工作情况进行普查。[结果]山东省18家医鉴办不同年度完成鉴定4 572例,其中首次鉴定3 832例,再次鉴定740例;医疗事故率前者为36.61%,后者为58.24%。每次鉴定会耗时平均为4.56h,鉴定会前后接待咨询耗时平均为3.71h。[结论]山东省级医鉴办工作量相对较大,全省鉴定成效与质量相对较高;鉴定会及其前后接待咨询耗时较长,是影响医鉴工作量大小的一个重要评价指标。Objective To know the working status of medical malpractice identification in Shandong province. Methods Pre-designed questionnaires were used to survey the working status of 18 medical malpractice identification offices in Shandong province. Results The 18 offices finished 4 572 cases altogether in resent years, including 3 832 were initial identification cases （medical malpractice rate was 36.61%）, and 740 were second identification cases （medical malpractice rate was 58.24%）. Each identification meeting cost average of 4.56 hours, and the consultation before and after which identification meeting cost average of 3.71 hours. Conclusions The number of identification cases was more in provincial level offices. The identification effectiveness and quality was higher in whole province. It took much time to finish a identification meeting and consultation before and after, which was one of the important evaluation index of influencing medical malpractice identification workload.
