摘　　要：目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者脑微出血(CMBs)与血浆IL-6水平的相关性。方法缺血性脑卒中患者160例,根据磁敏感成像(SWI)结果分为CMBs组(59例)和无CMBs组(101例),比较两组血浆IL-6水平差异。结果缺血性卒中患者不同TOAST分型中,CMBs发生比例不同,小动脉闭塞型卒中发生率最高。CMBs组IL-6为(10.08±1.79)pg/ml,明显高于无CMBs组的(8.97±1.39)pg/ml(P<0.01)。CMBs病变严重程度与IL-6水平呈正相关(r=0.682,P<0.01)。结论 IL-6水平与缺血性脑卒中患者CMBs密切相关,炎症可能参与CMBs的发生发展过程。Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral microbleeds（CMBs） and plasma IL-6 in patients with acute ischemic stroke（AIS）.Methods On the basis of SWI,160 AIS patients were classified into groups of CMBs（59 cases,with CMBs） and NCMBs（101 cases,without CMBs）.Plasma IL-6 was detected and compared between two groups.Results The incidence of CMBs was different among different stroke subtypes,in which small artery occlusion stroke was the highest.Plasma IL-6 was（10.08±1.79） pg/ml in group CMBs,which was higher than（8.97±1.39） pg/ml in group NCMBs（P〈0.01）.The severity of CMBs was positively correlated with plasma IL-6（r=0.682,P〈0.001）.Conclusion Plasma level IL-6 is closely correlated with CMBs.Inflammation may be involved in the development of CMBs in stroke patients.
