摘 要:目的:探讨超声造影对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法:对55例乳腺肿瘤的患者行二维及彩色多普勒超声检查后,用声诺维SonoVue造影剂进行超声造影检查,记录并分析造影灌注过程。结果:恶性组不均匀增强占86.4%(19/22),良性组不均匀性增强占15.2%(5/33),恶性组高增强占68.2%(15/22),良性组高增强占9.1%(3/33),恶性组以快进慢退为主(16/22),良性组以慢进快退为主(16/30),恶性组不均匀增强明显大于良性组,恶性组高增强明显大于良性组,两者之间的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影对乳腺肿瘤的诊断提供了更多的信息,提高了诊断的准确率,对于良恶性的鉴别有重要价值。Objective: To explore the value of contrast - enhanced ultrasonography in the differentialdiagnosis between benign and malignant breast tumore. Methods: 55 cases of breast tumors were examined by two - dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography before operation~ Following the contrast - enhanced ultrasound with contrast agent Sonovue and the perfusion record was analyzed. Results: Inhomogeneous enhancement was in 86.4% (19/22masses) in the malignant group and was 15.2%, (5/33) in the be- nign group ; hyper - enhancement was in 68. 2% ( 15/22masses ) in the malignant group and was 9. 1%, ( 3/33 ) in the benign group; "fast in and slow out " in the most malignant group (16/22), and "slow in and fast out" In the most benign group (16/30) The hyper and inhomogeneous enhancement of the malignant group was higher than that of the benign group. Conclusions: Contrast -enhanced ultrasonography may provide exact information for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors and be helpful for the differentiation.
