摘　　要：目的：探讨胚胎中肠发育不良的病理改变及血管发育异常情况。方法：回顾性分析临床资料及影像学检查资料完整的肠旋转不良患者13例。结果：中肠旋转不良的消化道造影显示“螺旋征”，CT增强呈现“漩涡征”，CT血管造影术显示肠系膜上动脉分支顺时针反向旋转，逆时针过度旋转或肠系膜上动脉发育缺失，肠系膜下动脉代偿。结论：七消化道造影及CT血管造影诊断中肠发育畸形有重要价值，肠发育不良多伴有肠系膜根部发育过短及血管发育行走异常。Objective： To study the pathological changes and angiodysplasia of the midgut volvulus in embryo. Methods： Complete clinical and image data of 13 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The finding of the upper gastrointestinal contrast indicated ＂spiral sign＂, the characteristic enhancement CT presented “whirl sign”. CT： the branches of the superior mesenterie artery were negative twirl in clockwise, anti-cloekwise twirl further, or growth defect, the inferior mesenteric artery were compensatory. Conclusion： Upper gastrointestinal radiography and CT are of importance in diagnosing the abnormality of the rnidgut. Midgut malrotation is often followed by a short root of mesentery and anomalous vascular route.
