摘 要:目的:研究EZH2和P130在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用SP免疫组化法检测EZH2、P130蛋白在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中的表达。结果:EZH2在腺样囊性癌中的阳性表达率为67.86%,在正常腮腺组织中均为阴性表达,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P130在腺样囊性癌中的阳性表达率为25.00%,在正常腮腺组织中的阳性表达率为90.0%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EZH2、P130在腺样囊性癌中的表达呈负相关。结论:EZH2与P130的异常表达可能在唾液腺腺样囊性癌的发生与发展过程中起重要作用。Objective: To study the expression and significance of EZH2 and P130 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of EZH2 and P130 protein were detected by immunohistochemical method(SP) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Results: EZH2 protein expressions in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and parotid gland were respectively 67.86% and 0. 00%, which had a significant difference between groups(P〈0.05). PI30 protein expressions in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and parotid gland were respectively 25.00% and 90.0%, which had asignificant difference between groups(P〈0.05), and two proteins were negatively correlated. Conclusion: Abnormal expression of EZH2 and P130 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma occurrence and development process plays an important role.
