摘　　要：行业企业深度参与培养过程是"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的重要特征。工科专业本科生前3年在学校学习、最后1年在企业学习是适宜的,以"项目制"、"轮岗制"、"双导师制"、"准员工制"为特征的企业学习模式可以成为主要的模式,采用"分散式"校企联合培养方式具有可行性。Industry business＇s depth participation in training process is an important feature of ＂Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program＂. The thesis explores the mode of college and enterprise joint cultivation for ＂Ex- cellent Engineer Education and Training Program＂, believing that the mode for the education of engineering majors who spend three years at college and one year in enterprise is appropriate. It provides a mode of enterprise learning featuring ＂project management system＂, ＂rotation system＂, ＂double tutorial system＂, and ＂prospective employees system＂. And it analyzes the feasibility of ＂decentralized approach＂ of college and enterprise joint cultivation.
