职业教育集团多元化办学体系的路径选择:以校企合作为研究视角

摘　　要：职业教育是我国现代教育体系四大子体系之一,也是与社会经济关系最为直接和紧密的一种。长期以来,我国的职业教育采取的都是单一的办学体系。伴随着经济体制改革的逐渐深入,经济成分的多元化要求职业教育建立起多元化的办学体系与之相适应,而校企合作就是其主要的方式。本文从校企合作的视角出发,在解析职业教育多元化办学体系和校企合作内涵的基础上,总结职业教育多元化办学体系建设的现状与困境,进而探寻和选择职业教育多元化办学体系建设的路径,从而为职业教育的理论与实践提供借鉴与参考。Professional education is one of the four subsystems in our country＇ s contemporary education, which has the closet relation to social - economic. For a long time past, our country＇ s professional education formed a single educational system. Accompany with the economic system reform in China, the diversity of the economy＇ s sectors demands the construction of the diverse school system of professional education to correspond with its devel- opment, and the university - enterprise cooperation provides a typical example. From the university - enterprise co- operation perspective, this paper discusses the connotation of the diverse school system and the university - enter- prise cooperation firstly, summarizes the current situation and bottlenecks in the diverse school system＇s construc- tion, and excavates the path for construction of the diverse school system of professional education, so as to offer some advice to the theory and application development of professional education.
