摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜恶性间皮瘤的临床病理特点。方法复习1例腹膜的恶性间皮瘤的临床病理资料并结合文献复习。结果该例患者大网膜、肠系膜、腹膜以及子宫、双侧附件、大小肠管的浆膜面等均见有大小不一的结节,伴大量腹水。该例镜下主要为不规则腺管状结构,少数乳头状,被覆单层立方上皮或扁平上皮,嗜酸性胞质。免疫组化:HBME-1++,EMA+,Calreti-nin+,Vim+。结论腹膜恶性间皮瘤侵袭性强,预后差。Objective To investigate the clinical, pathological characteristics of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma. Methods Clinicopathological data of one ease of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma was analyzed combined with review of literature. Results The patient had visible small and large nodules in abdominal membrane, greater omentum, mesenterium, the surface of small and large bowel, and the serosa of uterus and bilateral accessories, with lots of aseites. Under a microscope, irregular tubular glands were mainly seen, minority of which were papillary, which were all lined by a single layer of fiat or uniform euboidal epithelial cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm. staining showed that HMBE-1, EMA, Calretinin and Vim were all positive. Conclusion Peritoneal malignant mesothelioma is an aggressive tumor with bad prognosis
