摘　　要：通过对广州高校组织开展朋辈宿舍心理保健员的情况进行调查分析,探索广州高校开展朋辈心理咨询的不足,总结开展朋辈心理保健员的必要性,对朋辈宿舍心理保健员的发展提出建议。Objective to explore the current situation of the college constructing peer dormitory psychological health care member .This paper specifies the necessity of providing peer dormitory and psychological health care members.
