摘　　要：张竞生是20世纪中国知识界的思想先驱之一,他关于"美的娱乐"的思想是其以美育为核心的人生哲学和社会理想的重要组成部分。挖掘和梳理张竞生关于"美的娱乐"的思想,有助于重新认识其在中国现代思想文化史上的地位,并能为当今的休闲实践与发展提供有益的启迪与借鉴。Zhang Jingsheng is one of the intellectual pioneers of the 20th century Chinese intelligentsia. His idea of ＂Aesthet- ic Recreation＂ is an important part of his philosophy of life and social ideals which uphold aesthetic education as the core principle. Therefore, salvaging and sorting out his idea of ＂aesthetic recreation＂ is helpful to re-establishing his position in the ideological and cultural history of modem China and providing inspiration for developing and practicing leisure today.
