西医院校中医学教学中四维哲学模式应用探析

摘　　要：目前，西医院校的中医学教育日趋式微。注重传统文化的四维特质以及四维特性与中医学内涵的有机统一，应用四维哲学模式在西医院校进行中医学教育，可以有效改善中医学教育现状，不断提高学生的中医学理论水平，充实西医院校学生医学理论和临床治疗实践的思路。逐渐形成的中医学教育特定模式，可以最终实现中医学的辨证思维与医学生理解力的有机统一；中医学丰富的文化外延与当代医学生学习氛围的有机统一；传统中医学理论的科学性与西医疾病治疗有效性的有机统一，使西医院校的传统中医学教育更加客观和科学。Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） education in western medicine colleges is gradually declining. According to making much account of four-dimensional on traditional culture and organic unification of four-dimensional and TCM, the application of four-dimensional philosophic model can improve the situation of TCM education, enhance students＇ theoretical level of TCM and enrich medical theories and clinical practice ideas in western medicine colleges. A specific model of TCM education has formed during the exploration. The model can finally realize the organic unification of dialectical development of TCM and students＇ comprehension, of TCM cultural extension and study environment of contemporary medical students, of TCM＇ s simple correctness and modem clinical treatment＇ s effectiveness. The model has made TCM education more objective and scientific in western medicine colleges.
