摘　　要：思想政治教育对医学生职业精神培养具有重要的作用。北京大学人民医院从思想政治教育层面出发，通过开展入学教育、提高课堂教学效果、实施专业教师职业精神培训，以及强化医学生实践教育等途径，对医学生的职业精神培养进行了探讨。The ideological and political education plays a great role in medical students＂ professionalism training. From the point of view of the ideological and political education, we make some helpful exploration in professionalism from the work of carrying out medical students＇ entrance education, optimizing classroom teaching, cultivating professionalism of teachers and strengthening the practical education of medical students, which is worth being learned and extended.
