摘 要:目的结合案例教学和多媒体计算机辅助教学(computer assisted instruction,CAI),研制中等职业卫生学校生物化学检验技术课程案例式多媒体课件,评价其教学实践中的应用效果。方法选择四川省自贡卫生学校2007级医学检验专业两个班59名学生作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用案例式多媒体课件方法,对照组采用传统讲授方法,以评价案例式多媒体课件方法的教学效果。结果实验组学生的平时测验、期中考试和期末考试成绩均高于对照组学生,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。此外,两组学生相关专业知识和专业实践能力方面的成绩差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);基础知识和专业知识成绩差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论案例式多媒体课件是一种新的教学模式,可以在中等职业卫生教育中推广应用。Objective Based on the combination of case teaching and multimedia computer assisted instruction( CAD courseware on biochemistry laboratory technology in middle vocational schools was developed and applied to teaching. Methods Experimental group taught by case-oriented muhimedia and control group by traditional method were established to estimate the teaching effect of case-oriented multimedia courseware. Results There were significant differences between experimental group and control group on the scores of unit tests, midsemester test and final examination (P〈0.05). There were also significant differences both in related professional knowledge and professional skills (P〈0.05). Conclusions Case-oriented multimedia teaching is a fresh teaching model and it is worth popularizing and applying in middle vocational medical schools.
