摘　　要：目的探讨骨科教学助理在住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法分析第二军医大学附属长海医院骨科教学助理在住院医师规范化培训中参与协调科室日常教学工作，带教和管理轮转住院医师的组织实施和管理方法。结果骨科教学助理有助于落实好科室的教学工作和轮转住院医师的培养目标，促进住院医师的临床综合素质的显著提高，对教学医院科室的教学管理和长远发展有着积极的作用。结论教学助理在住院医师规范化培训及其管理工作中起着重要作用。Objective To explore the role of teaching assistant in standardized resident training in orthopaedics. Methods The experiences of teaching assistant, who took part in clinical work, teaching and management of standardized resident training in orthopaedics were summarized. Especially the organization and measures of teaching and management of resident training were analyzed. Results Teaching assistants can help to implement training and management of the standardized resident training in orthopedics department, to promote the overall quality of the clinical residents significantly, which has positive effect for the long-term development of standardized resident training. Conclusions Teaching assistant plays an important role in the training and management of standardized resident training.
