摘 要:目的观察连续性静-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)对尿毒症脑病的治疗作用。方法选取27例尿毒症脑病患者,给予内科常规治疗,同时行CVVH治疗,并观察治疗前后意识情况及测定肾功能和电解质、酸碱、血浆β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平。结果 27例尿毒症脑病患者,治愈20例,好转2例,无效2例,死亡3例。治疗后患者血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、K+、β2-MG较治疗前均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症脑病经过CVVH治疗后,患者水电解质酸碱失衡得到持续、缓慢、稳定的纠正,尿毒症毒素得到稳定清除,患者耐受性良好,CVVH有利于尿毒症脑病的治疗。Objective To explore the effect of continuous veno - venous hemofihration on uremic encephalopathy. Methods Twenty - seven patients with uremic encephalopathy receivd routine cure, at the same time reeeivd CVVH treatment. To observe the consciousness and detecte the markers of biochemis before and after the therapy. Results Twenty - seven patients with UE, the total cure rate was 74. 1% and excellence was 7.4%. Conclusion Uremic toxins, Water - electrolyte and aeid - base balance in 27 patients can be adjusted persistently and steadily with CVVH therapy ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , well tolerated by patients. CVVH is helpful for treating uremic encephalopathy.
