摘　　要：细胞生物学实验教学是理论与实践相结合的重要环节,是培养学生动手能力和创新能力的有效途径.结合多年细胞生物实验教学实践,在实验的内容设置、取材、操作步骤、药品试剂等方面进行改进和优化,旨在增进学生对实验原理的理解、简化实验过程、节约实验经费,提高实验教学效果.Experimental teaching of Cell Biography is an important step to combine theory with practice, and it is an effective way to develop the students＇ abilities to practice and innovate. On the basis of many years＇ experimental teaching practice, the author improves and optimizes the content arrangement, material uses, operation steps, medical tests, and so on in the experiment, in order to increase the students＇ understanding of experimental principles, to simplify experimental process, to save experimental expenditure, and to raise the effects of the experimental teaching.
