摘　　要：高等教育实施导师制是我国本科教育改革的需要,是促进本科生全面发展的有力保证。成人教育是高等教育体系的有机组成部分,是全民教育和建设学习型社会的重要实现形式。文章针对国内部分高校成人教育导师制实施过程中出现的一些问题进行了分析与研究,对成人教育导师制培养模式进行了探讨。Higher Education in the implementation of the tutorial system is the need for reform of undergraduate education in China, and is a strong guarantee to promote the full development of undergraduate. Adult education isan integral part ofthe higher education system and also an important form ofeducation for all the people and building a learning society. This paper analyses and researches some of the problems of the domestic universityadult education tutor system in the implementation proces and explores Adult Education Tutorial Mode of Training.
