玉溪市红塔区MMT门诊近7年吸毒人群人口学特点及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的通过对近7年玉溪市红塔区美沙酮维持治疗（简称＂MMT＂）门诊服药人群人口学情况进行分析,旨在透视该人群的特点及变化趋势。方法采集来自中国疾病预防控制系统中MMT门诊基线调查信息,分析软件为SPSS 15.0。结果自2005年开展MMT门诊以来,接受MMT服务的人数累计达到1359人,覆盖到门诊所处辖区在册吸毒人群的61.5%。人口学情况：男性、汉族为主,历年均占到80.0%以上;文化程度以初中为主,占54.5%~60.3%,小学及以下次之,占26.0%~36.4%,高中及以上维持在10.0%;未婚比例逐年下降,由2005~2006年的55.8%,下降到2011年的43.7%;在婚、离异或丧偶人数有增加趋势;职业以待业/无业、农民为主,占到70.0%左右,小业主所占比例逐年下降,由2005~2006年的25.3%,下降到2011年的5.1%;平均年龄逐年下降,但维持在34~37岁之间。结论本门诊近7年来,服务人数逐年增多,女性微有增加、文化程度偏低、在婚所占比例增加、职业分布呈多元化、中青年增加等特点,持续开展MMT服务机遇与挑战并存。Objective To understand the the Characteristic and Trend of Demology among injecting drug users at MMT clinic Hongta of Yuxi and provide scientific evidence for the prevention of AIDS. Methods The baseline information is collected in sys- tem of China control and prevention disease, and its were analyzed by SPSS15.0. Results There are 1359 IDUS in baseline of MMT in these years, and the proportion is 61.5% among all IDUS who are belong to the areas of MMT clinic. Among IDUS, the male and Hart is more than the others, their proportions are all more than 80.0%; the degree of education of the junior middle school is first which is 54.5%~60.3%, the second is primary school and below it which is 26.0%~36.4%, the high school and higher degreed is 10.0%; The proportion of unmarried is increase year by year, When the proportion of unmarried is descended year by year , from 55.8% in 2005-2006 to 43.7% in 2011; The main occupations is waiting for employment and farmer which are about 70.0%, the proportion of petty proprietor is descended year by year , from 25.3% in 2005~2006 to 5.1% in 2011; the mean age is descended, too, which is about 34.0-37.0 years. Conclusion The number of IDUS, the female, the married and young and middle-aged are increasing year by year, and the occupations is diversification in MMT clinic in these years among IDUS. So, The Challenge and opportunity is coexistence to develop sustainably the service among IDUS at MMT clinic.
