产气法CT仿真内窥镜在胃癌诊断中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨产气法螺旋CT仿真内窥镜及其各种三维重建技术在胃癌诊断的应用价值。方法收集整理我院经手术和病理证实的31例胃癌患者的病例资料,进行回顾性研究探讨。结果 CT仿真内窥镜(CTVG)检查对胃癌多能明确诊断,其检出率和准确率较高。结论产气法CT仿真内窥镜及其各种三维重建检查技术获取的图像不仅能清晰观察胃壁及胃腔内外的病变,而且能非常直观、立体地观察胃癌大体形态及肿瘤的范围,它对胃癌的定位、定性、定量诊断有独特的应用价值。Objective To explore the value spiral CT virtual endoscopy of the gas production method and its various three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of gastric cancer application.Methods The date of 31 patients with gastric cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The gastric cancer can be clearly diagnosed by CTVG,and the detection rate and accuracy rate are relatively high.Conclusion The lesion of stomach wall and the inside or outside stomach cavity can be observed clearly by the spiral CT simulation endoscope of gas production method and three-dimensional reconstruction technology and the general from and extent of the tumor also can be observed intuitively.It has unique value in the positioning qualitative and quantitative dliagnosis of gastril cancer.
