高职院校图书馆代班制初探——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：目前高职院校图书馆普遍存在人员严重不足,工作强度增大现象。北京工业职业技术学院图书馆根据馆内实际情况,实行了馆领导和部主任到读者服务部代班的制度,以缓解人员压力问题,提高服务质量。代班制管理模式还处于尝试阶段,在之后的工作中还需要逐步改进和完善。According to the situation of seriously insufficient staff and increasing work intensity, the library of Bei- jing Polytechnic College has carried out the shift system in the Reader＇ s Service Department to alleviate the pres- sure of insufficient staff and improve the quality of service. Now the management model of shift system is at the at- tempt stage and needs improving and perfecting gradually in the later work.
