摘  要:针对目前钻井过程中使用PDC钻头情况,提出并设计加工出仿生非光滑PDC片钻头。重点介绍了仿生非光滑PDC片的设计原理和结构,以及用仿生PDC片制造出的钻头在现场应用的情况。结果表明,非光滑PDC片钻头比常规PDC钻头、牙轮钻头寿命长,平均机械钻速提高60%以上,特别适合配合螺杆钻具使用,具有较好的推广应用前景。In allusion to the situations of the application of PDC compact bits,a bionic and non-smooth PDC bit was proposed,designed and produced.Its design principle and structure as well as the bits made up with PDC compact and its field application were emphatically introduced.The result indicates that the application life of the non-smooth PDC compact bit is longer than conventional PDC bit and rock bit,its average penetration rate increases over 60%,it is particularly appropriate for screw drill uses and has wide application prospects.
