摘　　要：目的观察正畸牙移动过程中低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在牙周组织内的表达分布情况,探讨其与牙周组织改建的关系。方法 30只雄性白兔随机分为不加力对照组和加力1、3、7、14、21天组,每组5只。采用HE和免疫组化法观察检测,并对HIF-1α表达强度进行半定量分析。结果加力后HIF-1α表达显著增强,7天时达到峰值,14天后逐渐减弱,主要定位于血管内皮细胞,成纤维细胞,成骨细胞和破骨细胞。结论 HIF-1α参与了牙周组织改建并在其中起重要作用。Objective To observe the expression and distribution of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α （HIF-lct） in periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into one control group and five experimental groups,with 5 rabbits in each group. The expression of HIF-1α was examined by HE and immunohistoehemistry. Results The expression of HIF-1α was significantly up-regulated after application of force. On day 7 ,the expression reached the peak level and then declined. HIF-1α was expressed in the cytoplasm of vascular endothelial cells,fibroblasts, osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Conclusion HIF-1α may participate and play an important role in the periodontal tissue remodeling.
