摘　　要：目的建立佳木斯地区朝鲜族正常青少年McNamara分析法的正常值。方法选取佳木斯地区朝鲜族正常青少年65名,拍摄正中位X线头颅侧位定位片,进行X线头影测量McNamara分析,并与哈尔滨地区同年龄组汉族人和白种人McNamara分析法的正常值进行比较。结果佳木斯地区朝鲜族正常青少年男女部分测量值存在显著性差异;与哈尔滨地区同年龄组汉族及白种人McNamara分析法正常值比较,部分测量值也存在显著性差异。结论恒牙初期McNamara分析法测量值存在性别差异和民族特征。佳木斯地区朝鲜族正常青少年McNamara分析法的正常值可为矫治本地区朝鲜族青少年错畸形提供临床参考。Objective To obtain the normal value of McNamara analysis for Korean adolescents with normal occlusion in Jiamusi area. Methods McNamara analysis was conducted in 65 Korean adolescents with normal occlusions on the basis of the lateral cephalograms and the data was compared with those of Haerbin Han adolescents and white people. Results There was significant difference in the normal values of McNamara analysis between male and female Korean adolescents （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Some values of Korean adolescents also showed significant differences compared with that of Haerbin Han adolescents and white people （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There is significant difference in the values of normal occlusions of McNamara analysis among different gender and nationality. The established normal values of McNamara analysis of Korean adolescents can be used as a reference in clinic.
