摘　　要：后金融危机时代,全球经济进入大调整时期,国内外企业并购日益高涨,其中能源企业并购频繁发生。河北省作为能源大省,主要以煤炭资源为主,兼有电力、新型能源,能源企业正进行一系列并购重组活动。本文以河北省能源上市公司为研究样本,结合收入增长率和企业寿命两项指标科学划分企业生命周期,采用因子分析法对不同生命周期和不同并购模式的能源上市公司并购绩效进行综合评价,并为能源企业有效并购提出建议。At the post-financial crisis, the global economy has entered a period of adjustments, and domestic and foreign company M＆As are rising, among which, the energy company M＆As occur frequently. In Hebei province, a major energy province, which is mainly based on coal resources and incorporated with electric power and new-type energy, energy companies are experiencing a series of M＆A activities. This paper takes energy listed companies in Hebei province as study samples, applies two indicators of growth rate on revenue and corporate life to scientifically divide corporate life cycles, and evaluates comprehensively M＆A performance by the factor analysis method on the different life cycles and M＆A modes of energy listed companies, and ~ives su~,~,estion for more effective M＆As of eneraw companies.
