摘  要:以不溶性含钾岩石和磷石膏钙渣为原料,将其混合均匀,经过制块、烘干、高温烧结等工艺流程制备得到钾钙肥产品。利用正交设计法,进行了9次实验,探索制备钾钙肥的相关影响因素,得到产品生产的最佳工艺条件:即原料配比(不溶性含钾岩石与磷石膏钙渣质量比)为1∶1.45;高温烧结时间为30 min;烧结温度为1 160℃。同时对产品生产过程进行热分析,了解产品生成过程中的相关反应和反应历程,对产品进行主要成分分析,通过与相关产品企业标准进行比较,该产品质量超过企业一级品标准。Taking the insoluble potassium-containing rock and phosphogypsum calcium slag as raw materials, potassium-calcium fertilizer product was prepared after mixing them well, briquetting, pulverizing, and high-temperature calcining etc.Nine experiments designed by orthogonal test were carried out for exploring the influencing factors of potassium-calcium fertilizer preparation, and the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows:the raw material (insoluble potassium-containing rock and phosphogypsum calcium slag) mass ratio was 1:1.45 ,calcining time was 30 min, and calcining temperature was 160℃.Meanwhile, the reaction process was analyzed with thermal analyzer, so as to get to know the relevant reactions and reaction course.The quality analysis indicated the quality of the product was better than that specified for Grade One in the Enterprise Standard.
