摘 要:目的探讨血清食物特异性IgG抗体与过敏性皮肤病的相关性及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测294例过敏性皮肤病患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体水平。结果 3种过敏性皮肤病患者食物不耐受IgG抗体总阳性率为91.5%,食物过敏原特异性IgG升高以螃蟹、鸡蛋及虾最多见,不同年龄组对过敏食物的阳性率不同。结论食物与常见过敏性皮肤病之间有明显相关性。血清食物特异性IgG抗体对过敏性皮肤病的诊疗有一定的参考意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance between serum level of food specific IgG antibody and allergic skin diseases. Methods Adopting ELISA tested the sera levels of 14 types food specific IgG antibody of 294 allergic skin diseases sufferers. Results The total positive rate about IgG antibody level of food intolerance is 91.5% in 3 kinds of allergic skin disease patients, Crab, egg and shrimp were the commonist food allergens to cause serum specific IgG rise. The positive rates of different age groups to allergic food were also different. Conclusion There are obvious correlation between food and incidence rates of common allergic skin diseases. Serum level of food specific IgG antibody test has certain value to diagnosis and treatment of some common allergic skin diseases patients.
