摘  要:利用杂交瘤技术制备了诺氟沙星的单克隆抗体,筛选出两株特异性的杂交瘤细胞,效价分别为2.56×106和5.12×106。建立了诺氯沙星的荧光免疫分析方法,在10~500μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为F=31.92logρ-5.0083,相关系数r=0.9965,对诺氟沙星最低检出限达6.09μg/L,抑制中浓度为52.88μg/L,且对其它结构类似喹诺酮类药物均有特异性识别。本法可应用于检测水产品中残留的诺氟沙星。A monoclonal antibody (MAb) against norfloxacin was prepared by using hybridoma techniques, and two MAb secreted by cell lines belonging to IgG1a were screened by indirect competitive fluorescence immunoassays method for NFLX. The regression equation was F = 31. 921ogp - 5.0083 ( r = 0. 9965 ) with the detection limit of 6.09 μLg/L. The linear rang was from 10 μg/L to 500 μg,/L. The cross-reaction tests indicated that most structurally related phenolic compounds did not interfere with the analysis of NFLX. It showed the anti- NFLX antibody had excellent recognition specificity to NFLX. The result developed in this study indicates this method can be applied to the detection of norfloxacin residues in animal derived food.
