摘 要:利用进气混氢来改善乙醇发动机的怠速性能.试验在加装了电控氢气喷射系统的4缸点燃式内燃机上进行,在怠速条件下,逐渐增加氢气的喷射脉宽,研究混氢对乙醇发动机怠速性能的影响.在各种混氢分数下,减小乙醇喷射脉宽,使混氢前后的混合气始终保持在理论过量空气系数附近.结果表明,随混氢分数的增加,发动机热效率提高,燃料燃烧速度加快,循环变动降低,混氢后发动机HC排放降低但NOx略有升高,CO随混氢分数的增加先降低而后又有所升高.进气混氢有利于降低乙醇发动机的乙醛排放,当混氢能量分数由0%提高至13.84%时,乙醛排放降低约37.4%.The idle performance of a hydrogen-blended ethanol engine was studied in a modified four- cylinder spark ignition engine equipped with electronically controlled hydrogen injection system. Under idle condition, hydrogen injection duration was gradually increased to investigate the effect of hydrogen fraction on the idle performance of the ethanol engine. For a specified hydrogen blending ratio, the etha- nol injection duration is reduced so that the global excess air ratio of air-fuel mixtures in the cylinder can be kept at 1.0. The test results show that the indicated thermal efficiency is improved, while combustion duration and cyclic variations are decreased with the increase of hydrogen addition. HC emissions decrease whereas NOx emissions increase when hydrogen is added. CO emission shows a decrease and then increase with the increase of hydrogen addition. Hydrogen addition is effective on reducing acetaldehyde emission from the ethanol engine. When hydrogen energy fraction in the total fuel increases from 0% to 13.84%, acetaldehyde decreases by 37.4%.
