肾精盛衰的外在征象

摘　　要：肾精即肾所藏之精,来源于先天之精,并受后天之精的濡养,主生长发育与生殖,并生髓化血、化生肾气,是肾功能活动的基础物质。肾精盛衰的征象主要体现在以下方面:人体的生长发育、生殖状况;骨与齿的发育、坚固度及齿的光泽度;发的浓密度与色泽;腰膝与足跟是否强健灵活;面部颧与颐、颏的色泽;尺脉是否沉而有力;耳、二阴与瞳孔的形态与功能;舌根的颜色、荣润度及舌苔状况;血液、唾液、尿液的生成与代谢;肾的纳气功能以及智力、意志、情绪及记忆力状况等。The kidneys store the essence.The kidney essence inherited from parents and acquired essence transformed from food.It rules birth,development,and maturation.Essence produce marrow and the marrow produce blood.Essence converts into kidney qi,it is the foundation of the kidneys.Consequently,the deficiency and abundance of essence find expression in the following aspects： birth,development and rule maturation;whether the bone and teeth are strong and healthy or not,and the luster of teeth;whether the hair is healthy,shiny and the right color;the health of loin,knee and heel;the color and luster of the cheekbone and chin in the face;if the chi pulse deep and strong;the form and functions of ears,two lower orifices and pupils;the color and luster,degree of wetness in the root of the tongue and the state of the coating on the tongue;formation and excretion of blood,saliva and urine;the function of kidneys to rule the grasping of qi;and the state of intelligence,memory,will,emotions,and so on.
