摘  要:目的优化人参根中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用中心组合设计方法,研究乙醇浓度、超声时间、溶媒比及其交互作用对总皂苷提取率的影响。应用SAS软件和响应面分析相结合的方法,模拟得到回归方程的预测模型和可信度。结果通过岭脊分析得到最佳的提取条件为:乙醇浓度64%、超声时间min、溶媒比26ml/g。该条件下提取率为5.23%。结论超声提取法相比于其他传统方法具有提取率高、耗能少等优点。该方法为纯物理方法,在提取过程中,药材不发生化学变化,为工业化生产人参皂苷提供了科学依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technique of total Panax Ginseng sponin. Methods The effets of ethanol concen-tration, ultrasonic extraction time, the liquid to solid ratio and their interaction on extraction rate were studied by central composite design. The predictive model and reliability of regression equation were developed by SAS software and response surface analysis. Results The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions through redge analysis were achieved and listed as follows:64% of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic extraction time 108 min, the liquid to solid ratio 26ml/g. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of total saponin was 5.23%. Conclusion The method of ultrasonic extraction has higher extraction efficiency and less energy consumpted compared with other methods. The chemical change will not happen in the process of extraction because that it is a pure physical method. And the method can provide a scientific basis for the industrial production of the Ginseng saponin extrac-tion.
