摘 要:文章基于肾与脑在结构上互为联系,脑髓之源滥觞于肾精,二者在生理上密切相关,病理上相互影响,认为缺血性脑卒中恢复期病位在脑之脉络,肾精亏虚,精不生髓,脑中脉络缺乏肾精之濡养为其主要病机,故临床治疗应以补肾生髓为治本之法,辅助以补气活血化痰通络之剂,标本兼治。实验研究以缺血性脑卒中恢复期神经功能康复与神经可塑性、内源性神经干细胞关系为切入点,采用多因素制作病证结合的肾精亏虚证局灶性脑缺血动物模型,应用蛋白组学与基因芯片技术,从细胞信息传递和调控角度阐明"肾藏精生髓"理论物质基础与调控的生物学机制及补肾生髓法在缺血性脑卒中恢复期作用机制。On account of relationship between kidney and brain in structure, kidney-essence being the origin of encephalon genesis, physiological functions and pathology changes influencing each other, the study considered the pathological changes location was veins and arteries of brain for ischemic stroke, the major pathogenesis was deficiency of kidney-essence and veins and arteries of brain being short of enduring and supporting, thus the therapeutic method should be reinforcing kidney and breeding encephalon, assisting the method of invigorating vital energy, activating blood circulation, eliminating sputum and smoothing collaterals. Empirical study incision pointed at neural plasticity and nerve functional rehabilitation and endogenous nerve stem cell, using animal model for focal cerebral ischemia with deficiency of kidney- essence syndrome and proteomics and gene chip technique, to interpret theory material foundation and regulation biologic mechanism of kidney storing essence to produce encephalon for cell information transfer and regulation, and active mechanism of therapeutic method for reinforcing kidney and breeding encephalon on convalescent period of ischemic stroke.
