摘　　要：偏头痛是针灸科临床常见病和多发病,严重影响患者的生活质量。偏头痛与多种诱发因素有关,近年来睡眠障碍与偏头痛的相关性研究越来越受到人们重视。文章就偏头痛对睡眠的影响及睡眠对偏头痛的影响进行总结,并提出作者对针灸调理睡眠障碍治疗偏头痛的认识。Migraine, as a common disease in department of acupuncture and moxibustion, has seriously affected the quality of patients＇ life. Various factors are thought to be associated with migraine ; however, the correlation between migraine and sleep disorders has been increasingly recognized. Therefore, this paper is to summarize the effect of sleep on the migraine and the effect of sleep on migraine, and puts forward some views on treatment with acupuncture regulating sleep disorders.
