摘　　要：通过探讨《内经》心血管系统与神经系统同一体的认识,在五行学说的架构下,为二系统的各级实体,找到各自在中医学里的位置,使它们与中医学里的心、心主、脑髓、小肠、舌、心包、膻中、心包络、经脉、神脏、三焦等概念相对应。并由此发现了中医学对二系统实体的一系列传统认识错误。在五行的架构内,三焦的基本结构是整个人体的的毛细血管网(含毛细淋巴管网)与神经纤维网。五行架构内三焦的概念,与微神经-微血管-机体代谢的综合活动密切相关。Through the discussion of the identity of the cardiovascular system and nerve system in Huangdi Neijing, in the guide of five elements theroy, the two systems at all levels of the respective entity were found their corresponding position in traditional Chinese medicine, matching them with Xin, Xinzhu, Naosui, Xiaochang, She, Xinbao, Danzhong, Xinbaoluo, Jingmai, Shenzang, Sanjiao in the Chinese medicine. And thus a series of traditional understanding errors on two system entity was found. In the structure of five elements, the basic structure is the entire body of the capillary network （ including the lymphatic capillary networks ）and nerve fiber network. Sanjiao in five elements theory is closely related to micro nerve and microvascular comprehensive activities.
