摘　　要：目的:通过古代文献研究,总结郁证的中医证候要素特征,为规范郁证证候特征文献研究提供依据。方法:利用中华大型电子图书《中华医典》,检索民国以前中国历代医学古籍1000余部,检索词包括"郁证"、"百合病"、"脏燥"、"梅核气",经统计分析找出与上述病证相关的中医证候要素特征。共纳入851篇文献的内容(851条原文),2873个症状,规范后185个症状,证候要素共18个,证候要素按频次和百分比分布前4位为气滞、气虚、内火、痰。病位类证候要素百分比最高的前4位为肝、脾、心、胃。进行相关性统计。结果:肝与气滞、脾与气虚、肾与阴虚、心与血虚、心与痰、气滞与痰、阴虚与内火之间有相关性。结论:古代文献中记载的郁证证候特征与目前大多数医家对郁证的认识基本相符,古代文献对郁证的论述对当代研究抑郁症提供良好的借鉴和帮助。Objective： This research summarizes the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements through the ancient literatures in order to provide the basis for regulating the Yuzheng features in the literature research. Methods ： We searched more than 1000 medical books using the large electronic book Chinese Medical Classics, index words including： Yuzheng, Baihe Bing, Zangzao and Meiheqi, through the statistical analysis to find the disease and syndromes of the relevant syndrome elements characteristics. The content of 851 articles included （ 851 original articles ）, 2873 symptoms, 185 symptoms after standardizing, 18 syndrome elements. According to the frequency and the percentage distribution, the first fore syndrome elements are stagnation of Qi, deficiency of Qi, endogenous fire and phlegm, and the first four di＇seases＇ locations are liver, spleen, heart and stomach. Results ： There are correlations between liver and stagnation of Qi, spleen and deficiency of Qi, kidney and deficiency of Yin, heart and blood deficiency, heart and phlegm, stagnation of Qi and phlegm, deficiency of Yin and endogenous fire. Conclusion ： They are mostly consistent in Yuzheng between the ancient literature records and the most understanding in CutTent, so the discusses of ancient literatures can provide good reference and help for contemporary studies.
