保肝复功水煎剂对大鼠肝纤维化TGFβ1、TIMP1、MMP1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:为了探讨保肝复功水煎剂抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法:通过四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤模型,利用基因芯片技术研究TGFβ1、MMP1及TIMP1在肝组织中的表达情况。结果:保肝复功水煎剂干预性治疗使实验组大鼠肝组织MMP1表达上调,TIMP1、TGFβ表达下调。结论:保肝复功水煎剂在肝组织中具有明显使MMP1表达上调,TIMP1、TGFβ表达下调的作用,从而促进了胞外基质的降解,抑制发挥肝纤维化的作用。Ohjective： To investigate tile effect of Baogan Fugong decoction on TGF-β 1, TIMP-1 and MMP1 expressions of CC14 -induced hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods ： Thirty rats were divided into two groups as follows： model control （ MC ） group, Baogan Fugong group, TGF β 1, TIMP1 and MMP1 expressions in rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CC14 were detected. Results： Baogan Fugong decoction made the experimental group rat liver tissue MMP-1 upregulate, TIMP1 and TGF β down regulate. Conclusion ： Baogan Fugong decoction protects rat liver from CC14 -induced hepatic fibrosis by inhibiting expressions of TIMP1 and TGF β , upregulating expression of MMP1, thereby alleviate ECM.
