摘　　要：目的:观察经行头痛汤治疗肝郁血瘀型经行头痛的临床疗效。方法:经前1周服用经行头痛汤,每剂分3次服用,每天服用2次,经净后停药,连续服用3个月经周期。结果:经过3个月经周期的连续治疗总有效率为90%,治愈率为60%。结论:经行头痛汤治疗肝郁血瘀型经行头痛疗效显著、持久。Objective ： Observe The line headache soup treatment stomach and blood stasis syndrome do the clinical curative effect of the headache. Methods ： The take 1 week before in taking rehmarinia decoction, each agent and fry for 3 times take twice a day, every day, after the net withdrawal, continuous use of three menstrual cycles. Results ： The total effective rate after three menstrual cycles of continuous treatment was 90%, cure rate was 60%. Conclusion： Rehmarinia decoction treatment stomach and blood stasis syndrome do the headache curative effect is distinct, lasting.
