摘 要:目的:观察比较红花黄素(SY)对肾上腺素(adr)造模家兔血压的影响及对垂体后叶素(Pit)造模家兔急性心肌缺血的影响。方法:采用肾上腺素诱发家兔高血压模型观察药物的作用及降压机理、垂体后叶素诱发家兔心肌缺血模型观察药物的作用。结果:与生理盐水组比较SY对家兔具有明显的降压作用,并能显著缓解垂体后P<0.01。结论:SY具有明显的降压作用及改善心肌缺血作用。Objective : Observing and comparing the influence of safflower yellow-A ( SY ) to blood pressure of rabbit made by adrenaline ( Adr ) and of acute myocardial isehemia made by the pituitrin ( Pit ). Method : Observing the drug action via the hypertension model of rabbits induced by the Adr and the myocardial ischemia model of rabbits induced by Pit. Results : Compared with physiological saline, SY has significant antihypertensive effect on rabbits, and significantly relieves the myocardial ischemia changes of rabbits induced by the Pit, and having a dose-dependent relationship. The comparison between the two experimental groups has a significant differences, of which the Low and medium dose is P〈0.05, high dose P〈0.01. Conclusion : SY has an obvious effect of lowering blood pressure and improving myocardial isehemia.
