摘　　要：本文分析了西江流域民营船舶建造业快速发展中存在的技术人才、施工工艺、设施设备、管理水平等方面的问题及原因,并提出相应的解决建议,以期能提高西江流域的民营造船企业的船舶建造质量。This paper analyzes the Xijiang River Basin private shipbuilding industry ,from technical personnel, construction technology, facilities and equipment, management level ,each aspects of the problems and the reasons, and puts forward corresponding solutions, in order to improve the Xijiang Valley private shipbuilding enterprises of shipbuilding quality.
