摘  要:用根尖压片法对青海栽培青稞染色体核型进行研究,旨在为今后青稞栽培品种的培育提供理论依据。结果表明:青海栽培青稞是二倍体,体细胞染色体数为2n=2x=14,染色体基数为x=7,紫青1号的核型公式是2n=2x=14=10m+4smsat,昆仑164的核型公式是2n=2x=14=10m+2smsat+2msat。这两个品种核型类型都属于Stebbins-Ⅱ;北青3号的核型公式是2n=2x=14=12m+2smsat,青稞1149的核型公式为2n=2x=14=10m+2sm+2msat,这两个品种核型类型都属于Stebbins-Ⅰ。For the purpose of researching the classification of the main cultivated highland barley varieties in Qinghai province on cell level, the karyotypes of four highland barley cuhivars were studied by the method of squash with the young roots. The result indicates that: highland barley is diploid, which have seven pairs chromosomes. The karyotype forluma of hulless barley ziqing 1 ' s is 2n = 2x = 14 = 10m + 2smsat + 2msat, kunlun 164' s is 2n = 2x = 14 = 10m + 2smsat + 2msat, Their karyotypes were Stebbins - II ; that The karyotype forluma of hulless barley beiqing' s is 2n = 2x = 14 = 12m + 2smsat, hulless barley 1149' s is 2n = 2x = 14 = 10m + 2sm + 2msat, Their karyotypes were Stebbins - I
