摘  要:以盐敏感型黄瓜品种津春2号为试验材料,在营养液栽培条件下,研究了叶面喷施Ca2+对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长和可溶性蛋白质表达的影响。结果表明:75 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下植株生物量显著下降(P<0.05),叶面喷施4 mmol/L CaCl2可显著提高盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的生物量(P<0.05)。在盐胁迫处理下,黄瓜幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白质含量显著下降(P<0.05),喷施Ca2+第3 d时黄瓜幼苗叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量降低(P<0.05),而第6 d和9 d时升高(P<0.05),黄瓜幼苗根系可溶性蛋白质含量先升高后降低(P<0.05),喷施Ca2+后黄瓜幼苗根系可溶性蛋白质含量先降低后升高(P<0.05)。SDS-PAGE的分析结果表明,盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片中至少有12种蛋白质表达量发生明显变化,其相对分子量分别为:8.75×104、7.79×104、7.57×104、7.41×104、6.51×104、5.43×104、5.05×104、4.47×104、4.07×104、3.14×104、2.60×104和2.15×104;根系中至少有7种蛋白质表达量发生变化,其相对分子量分别为:8.11×104、7.66×104、4.69×104、4.52×104、3.95×104、2.38×104和1.68×104。Abstract : A hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the effects of e×ogenous calcium on growth and soluble pro-tein expression of sah sensitive cucumber cuhivar Jinehun 2 ( Cucttmis sativus L. ) under salt stress. E×ogenous Ca^2+ significant-ly increased the biomass under 75 mmol/L NaC1 stress (P〈0. 05 ). The soluble protein content in cucumber leaf significantly was decreased by salt stress (P〈0. 05), however, it was improved at si×th day of Ca^2+ application (P〈0. 05 ). The soluble protein content of cucumber root was increased first and then decreased under salt stress (P〈0. 05), however it was decreased first and then increased afterCa^2+ apphcatlon(P〈0. 05 ). The results of SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the e×pressions of twelve proteins with relative molecular weights of 8. 75×10^4, 7. 79×10^4, 7. 57×10^4, 7. 41 ×104, 6. 51 ×10^4, 5. 43×10^4, 5.05×10^4, 4. 47× 10^4, 4. 07×10^4, 3. 14×10^4, 2. 60×10^4 and 2. 15×10^4 changed obviously in cucumber leaves, and seven proteins with relative molecular weights of 8. 11×104, 7. 66×10^4, 4. 69×10^4, 4. 52×10^4, 3. 95×10^4, 2. 38 ×l04 and 1.68×10^4 in roots changed in roots under salt stress as well.
