摘　　要：联盟对技术创新的显著作用已被广泛证实。但是很少文献研究联盟与技术创新关系的中间行为过程以及联盟的类型如何影响技术创新方式的选择。本文以资源基础理论(RBT)为基础,研究联盟类型对企业能力(开发能力和探索能力)的提升作用以及不同企业能力对技术创新方式选择的影响,并对联盟类型对技术创新方式的作用进行分析。通过对多个地区制造业企业调研所得的数据进行实证分析,验证了本文提出的相关假设,并对研究结论和其具有的管理意义进行了分析和讨论。Many evidences have proved that strategic alliances impulse the development of technologic innovation. But few papers pay more attention to how alliances affect the technologic innovation and how the alliance types influence the chosen between radical innovation and incremental innovation. Based on Resource-Based View, this paper analyses the effect of external innovation resource from different alliance types on innovation capability and mode through enterprise competence which is considered as mediating variable under open innovation community. With a survey about some firms located at Chongqing, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Shanghai, Xian, Chengdu, we test the hypotheses proposed in the paper while we discuss the theoretical and practical implication at the end of paper .
