摘　　要：本文运用模糊集理论与决策实验室分析法,研究了影响生产企业投资实施食品可追溯体系意愿的主要因素的影响特征、影响程度。结论显示,食品安全质量认证体系的实施、消费者对食品安全的担忧程度、消费需求是影响企业食品可追溯体系投资意愿的三个主要因素。In this paper, fuzzy DEMATEL（ Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory） method was used to discov- er and illustrate the key factors which influence the enterprises＇ willingness to implement the traceability system for food and the mechanism they work. The conclusion shows that the implementation of food quality certification system,consum- ers＇ anxiety about food quality and consumers＇ willingness to pay are three main factors which affect the enterprises＇ willingness to implement this system among all the factors.
