摘　　要：目的研究淫羊霍苷对哮喘患者IFN-γ表达的影响。方法分离25例哮喘患者的外周静脉血CD4+CD25+T调节细胞,采用RT-PCR和Westerblot法研究不同浓度(3.13,6.25,12.5,25μg/L)的淫羊霍苷对CD4+CD25+T细胞IFN-γ表达的影响。结果随着淫羊霍苷浓度的增加,CD4+CD25+T调节细胞IFN-γ表达增加。结论淫羊霍苷对哮喘患者IFN-γ表达呈现明显的量效关系,提示淫羊霍苷可能通过影响IFN-γ表达来影响哮喘的发生。Objective It is to identify the influence of Longspur epimedium glycoside on INF-γ in asthma patients.Methods CD4+CD25+T regulatory cells were separated from peripheral blood of 25 patients with asthma.The effects of different concentration of Longspur epimedium glycoside(3.13,6.25,12.5,25 μg/L) on the expression of IFN-γ from CD4+CD25+T regulatory cells by RT-PCR and Westernblot method.Results With the dosage of Longspur epimedium glycoside increased,the expression of IFN-γ from CD4+CD25+T regulatory cells increased.Conclusion There is a dose-response relationship between Longspur epimedium glycoside and the expression of IFN-γ in patients with asthma,which indicates that it can effect attack of asthma by increasing the expression of IFN-γ.
