摘 要:对ENB-EPDM橡胶用硫磺与过氧化二异丙苯2种常用硫化体系的硫化机理进行了综述。普遍认为,在硫磺硫化体系中,硫桥的交联点仅在第3单体ENB的C-3和C-9;在过氧化二异丙苯硫化体系中,交联位置主要在主链的叔位碳和第3单体ENB的C-3、C-9。ENB-EPDM硫化机理是研制高性能固体火箭发动机绝热层的基础,但由于ENB-EPDM绝热层的硫化受助剂及环境等因素的影响,其实际硫化过程中会存在一系列竞争性反应。因此,ENB-EPDM绝热层中影响其硫化的主要因素、影响程度及影响机理是未来研究的重点。Sulfur and dicumyl peroxide were two kinds of commonly used crosslinking agent. In this paper, the mechanism of these crosslinking of ENBEPDM rubber was reviewed. The study results show that the attachement of the sulfur bridge occurs only at two allylic position C3 and C9 of the third monomer in the sulfur crosslinking system, but in the dicumyl peroxide crosslinking system, the crosslink points mainly lied on tertiary carbon of EPDM backbone and C3 and C9 of the third monomer. The mecha nism of crosslinking of ENBEPDM rubber was the foundation of the successful development of solid rocket motor insulation with high performance, but for the existence of such factors as rubber ingredients and external environment, it would produce a series of competitive reactions in the actual crosslinking process of ENBEPDM insulation. So ,the factors which influence the crosslinking of ENBEPDM insulation,influence degree and influence mechanism were the focus in the future study.
