摘　　要：通过对上海市幼儿园教师指导幼儿体育活动现状的问卷调查,分析总结幼儿园教师体育活动指导能力的构成要素,"以能力为导向"构建科学实用的高职学前教育专业的体育课程结构。The author used questionnaires to survey how kindergarten teachers in Shanghai guided children＇s physical activities, summarized the required capacities that the teachers need to guide physical activities and finally suggested to construct＂ capacity -oriented＂ curriculum structure for preschool education majors in vocational colleges.
