摘　　要：大学校园内通过借助异域文化中的精华要素,与我国国情和大学生基本特征相结合,采取各种策略来提高大学生的综合文化素养,健全他们的人格,促进他们的全面发展。为我国培养不仅具有丰富的理论知识、爱岗敬业和勤奋好学的精神,同时还具有良好的与人合作的品质、能够完全融入社会、勇于创造的精神,为我国社会主义现代化建设服务的优秀大学生。This study mainly discusses how to improve the comprehensive cultural and ethnical attainment of Chinese college students by integrated the cream of education in western cultures.Through taking the state situation and the characteristics of modern college students into consideration,we should employ different approaches to improve students’ comprehensive cultural attainment,perfect their personality,and promote their comprehensive development.In this way,colleges in China can cultivate students who are knowledgeable,industrious,devoted,cooperative and creative.Then they can well serve the modernization of socialism with full contribution.
