摘　　要：辙叉在重载车轮的冲击和碾压下,经常会出现各种磨损、裂纹和压溃等现象,因此寻找一种经济合理的焊接修复技术成为当务之急。为提高高锰钢辙叉的焊接修复质量,通过对辙叉母材的化学成分及力学性能进行分析,确定辙叉伤损产生的原因和趋势,并制定一套合理的焊接工艺,提高了焊接的质量和寿命。The frogs will appear the problems of wear,crack,crushing,and so on under the impact and rolling of the overloaded wheels,so it is urgent matter to find a repair welding technology.In order to improve welding quality of the high manganese steel frogs,its chemical composition and mechanical properties were analyzed,and the reason and trend of the damages were confirmed.A reasonable welding process was determined, and the welding quality and service life were improved.
