用棘波定量脑电图对比法观察癫癎手术疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察手术治疗难治性癫癎病人的手术前后定量脑电图的放电次数的改变及临床发作的相关性进行对比研究。方法:采用36通道长程视频脑电图进行规范检测,比较50例难治性癫癎手术治疗前后脑电图放电次数的改变及临床发作的差异。结果:经手术后,相同描记时间内放电次数减少50%以上者,临床发作次数显著减少,脑电图好转与临床表现好转一致。结论:纵向比较等时间定量脑电图放电次数可以作为癫癎治疗效果的一项指标。Objective： To observe relation betwecn discharge numbers on quantitative electroencephalogram obtained before and after operation and clinical attack in patients with refractory epilepsy and was compared. Method： The difference of discharge numbers of electroencephalogram obtained before and after operation and clinical attack was compared by channels video EEG in 50 patients with kefractory epilepsy surgery Results： After operation , when the discharge number was reduced by 50% or above in the equal record time, times of clinical attack was reduced also obviously improvement of electroencephalogram and clinicgl manifestation were Identical. Condusion： The discharge numbers of quantitative electroencephalogram in the equal time is an index in observation of operative effects of patients with epilepsy.
