摘  要:基于转子磁场定向矢量控制原理和空间矢量PWM技术,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立了离散化的矢量控制调速系统仿真模型,给出了仿真模型中每一子模块的模型,采用了基于输出反馈计算的Anti-windup PI控制器,并进行了系统仿真实验以及实际系统实验。仿真实验结果表明:矢量控制调速系统具有动态响应时间快、稳态精度高和良好的抗干扰性能,而实际系统实验结果表明:基于矢量控制调速系统方案设计的调速系统满足了实际电脑绣花机的主轴驱动要求,表明所建立的仿真模型正确有效。Based on the rotor field oriented control principle and space vector PWM technology, a discrete simulation model of the vector control speed regulation system was built on Matlab/Simulink platform. Each sub-model's modeling of the simulation model was introduced, a kind of Anti-Windup PI controller was adopted based on output feedback calculation, and simulation experiments were conducted. The simulation results show that the vector control speed regulation system has excellent dynamic performance, such as fast response time, high steady state accuracy, and good anti-interference characteristics. The actual system designed with the vector control speed regulation system scheme meets the needs of practical aoolication in computerized embroidery machines, so the presented simulation model is proved valid.
