探究我国公民行政知情权面临的困境及其对策

摘　　要：在当今信息化的时代,行政知情权是保障公民知情的一项重要权利,也是政府决策透明、公开的重要标志。它主要通过政府信息公开制度予以实现,因而研究行政知情权有重要的社会意义。随着《政府信息公开条例》的施行,行政知情权制度发展到了一个新阶段,但同时也出现了一些问题,需从相关方面进行分析,找到解决的思路,从而推动法治政府的建设。In the modem society,the fight to know government is an important right for citizen.It also plays a vital role in the public administration.The right can be guaranteed by the system of information openness.The Decree of Information Openness has been carried out in China,which has produced positive effects in legislation.However, it also brings about negative impacts on our right.Facing with the difficulties in the procedure,we should analyze the problem in different aspects.Only in this way can we accelerate the construction of equal administration.
